What we build
For live lawns we kill or strip out what is failing, till and amend the soil, correct grade, then lay fresh-cut sod tight with staggered seams and roll it in. You get a finished lawn the same day instead of waiting on germination, plus a watering schedule that gets the roots knitted in during the first three weeks.
Artificial turf makes sense in deep shade, dog runs, pool surrounds, putting greens and slopes that will not hold grass. We install it on a compacted stone base with proper drainage, nailed and seamed edges, and infill brushed in so the blades stand up — no wrinkles, no visible seams, no puddles.

Why sod instead of hydroseeding?
Sod gives you an established lawn immediately, holds soil on slopes, and does not depend on weather or weeks of watering to look like anything. We do not offer hydroseeding.
When is the best time to install sod here?
Fall and spring are ideal for fescue, late spring through summer for bermuda and zoysia. We install year round with the watering plan adjusted for the season.
Does artificial turf get hot or hold pet odor?
Modern pet-rated turf drains fully and is rinseable; we install antimicrobial infill for dog areas and recommend shaded or partly shaded placement where possible.
