What we build

We set proper footings, frame to code, flash and detail every connection to the house, and finish with materials chosen for the exposure: composite or hardwood decking, cedar or aluminum pergolas, tongue-and-groove ceilings, and trim that matches your existing architecture.
A covered structure changes how long you use the yard each year. We plan roof pitch, post placement and ceiling height around sightlines and sun angle, then wire in fans, lighting, heaters and TV mounts during framing so the finished ceiling has no surprises.

Do I need a permit for a deck or covered porch?
Most attached structures do. We handle plan sets, permitting and inspections as part of the project so you are not chasing the county.
Composite or wood decking?
Composite costs more up front and almost nothing to maintain; wood is cheaper and needs sealing. We install both and will price the two side by side.
Can you tie a new porch into my existing roofline?
Yes — matching pitch, shingles and trim is standard for us, and our roofing crew does the tie-in and flashing.
