What we build
A front walk is the first thing guests touch. We widen the approach so two people can walk side by side, curve the path where it makes sense, and set consistent riser heights on steps so nobody has to look down. Base prep, edge restraint and jointing are the same standard as our patios.

How wide should a front walkway be?
Four feet is the comfortable minimum for two people; we often go wider at the door with a generous landing so the entry does not feel pinched.
Can you replace crumbling concrete steps?
Yes. We remove them, correct the base, and rebuild in concrete, block with caps, or solid stone depending on the look you want.
Do walkways need drainage?
They need grade. We pitch walks to shed water away from the house and add drainage where a walk crosses a low spot.
